This is the first minor league park I've made a drawing for. It is also the first time I used an actual site to plan the park. This is where the Columbus Clippers are planning to build a new ballpark, near the Blue Jackets hockey arena; and the outfield looks at downtown pretty nicely here. Right field turned out pretty cool, it would be a short home run distance with 25 foot wall running along Nationwide Blvd. Outfield Distances would be 345-385-405-350-330. The deepest corner of left center would be about 435 feet. The grandstand would seat about 9,100; it would have 16 rows in a lower level and 9 rows in the upper level. There would be a club/press level with 30 suites. Then down the left field line and beyond the fence, there will be a grass berm wrapping around the foul pole for overflow seating; this would hold 2,500 fans. The total capacity of the new park would be 12,200. I hope you like it.
