Someone asked about what a new Orlando Arena might look like. It probably won't look like this, but this is a recent arena I drew, and I think it would be cool for the Orlando NBA team. This is quite a bit different from most arenas, I made this in an 8 pointed star shape, which actually turned out pretty cool and might work nicely for basketball, the acoustics might need some work however. Anyway, the particulars are for a 17,800 capacity, consisting of 8,600 upper seats, 2,000 club seats, 5,400 main level seats and 800 floor seats. Also, 64 suites would be in the building, 40 on the club level, and 24 in 8 towers stacked 3 high, as has been done in some other newer stadiums. I didn't accomodate hockey in this arena, the current arena doesn't have much for ice shows or hockey. I hope you like this design, its quite a bit different. I haven't updated the site recently, as I'm somewhat out of ideas and busy with other things. If you have an idea, let me know. I will update the site as I get more ideas and drawings, but less frequently for the time being.
