West Ham are targeting a move for out of favour Pompey striker, David Nugent according to reports in The Telegraph today.Pompey only signed the Former Preston man in Summer of last year but it hasn't been the most successful spell for the England international as he has failed to make most starting elevens behind Kanu and Benjani.
A move to West Ham may see the 22 year old have more playing time and reproduce the form which saw him stand out in the Championship for Preston. It is thought that he will cost The Hammers around £5 million.
