This is a design for a new stadium for the BC Lions and a Vancouver MLS team. The grandstand would seat 31,600 and there would be berm seating for about 5,000 more for a total of about 36,600. There would also be 33 suites on the south side of the stadium. The north sideline would have 68 rows of seats, the west end of the stadium would have about 44 rows, and the south side would have 27 rows. This stadium would replace the current multipurpose and oversized BC Place dome.
